The “Monthly Newtype Magazine: June Issue”, a 50-page special feature on “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time”, is now on sale at bookstores nationwide. It comes with a bonus B2 poster of Rei, Asuka, and Mari based on the cover illustration.

The cover illustration was drawn by Nishigori Atsushi, the chief animation director of “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time”, and features Rei, Asuka, and Mari in the movie version.
In this special feature, more than 30 cast members and staff members who worked on the film were interviewed on topics such as their thoughts on the film and episodes related to its production.

The “Nogizaka Newtype” series by Nogizaka46 is now in “Eva format.”
Matumura Sayuri and Kaki Haruka of Nogizaka46 visit the “Third Village Miniature Set” on display at “Small Worlds TOKYO”. They also talk with Tsurumaki Kazuya, the director of “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time”, about his work.
In addition, the cover illustration of Rei, Asuka, and Mari is included as a B2 poster. On the back, there are comments and illustrations from a total of 38 artists and creators.

The “Monthly Newtype Magazine: June Issue” is priced at 860 JPY (including tax) and went on sale at bookstores nationwide from May 10.
