It was announced that the general incorporated association, The Association of Japanese Animations, has been chosen for the “Reiwa 3 Animation Human Resource Development Research Project”.
The project will conduct human resource development projects: “Skill Succession Program through creating work” (creating a 7-10 minutes animation), “Skill Improvement Program for paid personnel”, and “Basic Education Program for aspiring applicants in the animation industry”, to research and verify their efficiency.
Applications for the four organizations that will produce the anime from the “Skill Succession Program through creating work” and the trainees are scheduled to be accepted from May. Details about the project will be announced.
