Among the anime titles broadcast in the spring of 2021, ‘I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level’ and ‘Zombie Land Saga Revenge’ have come to the top of the “Shosoku” ranking announced by Abema
‘ABEMA’, a new futuristic TV, has announced the top 5 titles from the ‘Shosoku(initial velocity) Ranking’ the latest anime titles that have been broadcast from April 2021. “I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level” topped the ranking of Number of Total Views, and “Zombie Land Saga Revenge” topped the ranking of Number of Comments.
The ‘Shosoku Ranking’ is targeting the anime works which ‘ABEMA’ has distributed from April 2021. ABEMA counted the number of total views of the first distribution of the first episode and catch-up distribution on ‘ABEMA Video’, and the number of comments for the first distribution of the first episode.
For Number of Total Views division, “I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level”, a comedy depicting the laid-back but hectic life of Azusa, who reincarnated as a witch and her level becomes maxed out as a result of 300 years after she started killing slimes, and her friends, topped the ranking.
For Number of Comments division, season 2 of “Zombie Land Saga Revenge”, a new sensation of zombie idol anime where the legendary girls resurrected as zombies save Saga as idols, topped the ranking. The comments received are, ‘What the hell is this company song? lol lol’, ‘This is crazy as always’, ‘Bonjirii!’, ‘What does it mean to hold a live-performance in the middle of arguing. How wonderful’, and ‘Gooood mooorning!!!!!’.
2nd place went to “Super Cub”, 3rd to “Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway”, 4th to “I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level”, and 5th to “Full Dive: This Ultimate Next-Gen Full Dive RPG Is Even Shittier than Real Life!”.
