Season 2 of the TV anime “Restaurant to Another World” has been announced. At the same time, the teaser visual was released, and congratulatory comments from the main cast and crew, including director Jimbo Masato, Suwabe Junichi, Uesaka Sumire, and Onishi Saori have arrived.

“Restaurant to Another World” is based on the fantastic light novel by Inuzuka Junpei published at “Hero Bunko”. It depicts a once-in-a-lifetime meeting between people from the “world beyond” and food gathering at the store, set in “The Western Restaurant Nekoya” that connect doors to everywhere in another world once every 7 days, on the day of “special business” Doyo.

All 12 episodes of season 1 of the TV anime were broadcast from July to September 2017. It was received well as “food terror anime” on “Shosetsuka ni Naro”, and also topped the list of the number of cool viewers of “d Anime Store” in July 2017.

Along with the announcement of the second season production, the character setting picture of the shop owner, Aletta, and Kuro have been unveiled along with the teaser visual. Director Jimbo Masato commented, “The staff is working together to prepare for the opening of the restaurant so that we can serve delicious food this time as well.
