The original story of “Bonobono” is a comic by Igarashi Mikio that has been serialized since 1986 and has sold over 9 million copies. The story is centered on Bonobono, a baby sea otter who is interested in strange and mysterious things, and other cute characters who show and feel the truth of life in a relaxed manner.
‟MASOCHISTIC BONO BAND”, which sings “Bonobono Rock’n’Roll,” is an air band that was born from the radio program “Kamiya Hiroshi and Ono Daisuke’s Dear Girl ~Stories~,” which is currently being broadcast on Nippon Cultural Broadcasting. When they collaborated with “Bonobono”, they changed their name from “MASOCHISTIC ONO BAND” to “MASOCHISTIC BONO BAND” and sang the theme song.
“Bonobono Rock’n’Roll” (TV size) is now available on the music distribution site ‘animelo mix’.
