The outline and advance cut-scenes of episode 9 “Same Boat” of TV anime “Mo Dao Zu Shi” Qian Chen Pian, broadcast on March 7, 2021 (Sunday), have been announced.

The TV anime “Mo Dao Zu Shi” is based on the China fantasy boy’s love light novel that become famous for the attractive characters and the delicate, magnificent story. The series has accumulated more than 11 billion views worldwide, and the Japanese dub is being broadcast.
13 years had passed since the tyranny of Qishan Wen was stopped by immortality practitioners in the “Shajitsu Conquest”. Wei Wuxian, who had contributed to that battle and invited his own death due to his strong demonic power from the training, was revived via a sacrificial ritual by his ex-friend Lan Wangji, which marks the start of the story.

The title of episode 9 is “Same Boat”.
Wei Wuxian got burned while protecting Mianmian, and the angered Wen Chao blocked the entrance of the cave after escaping by himself.
Wei Wuxian and his companions, who have been trapped in the cave that Tortoise of Carnage lives in, believed that there is another entrance in the deepest part. While Wei Wuxian is restraining the Tortoise of Carnage, Jiang Cheng bought the other practitioners out of the cave, but they were ambushed by Wen Chao.

On the other hand, Lan Wangji went in the cave to assist Wei Wuxian, who stay to fight with Tortoise of Carnage, but he got a bad injury from it instead. Then, Wei Wuxian searched for a hidden place, so that he can heal Lan Wangji…
