Yasumoto Hiroki, Suzumura Kenichi, Yashiro Taku, Uchida Shuuichi, and Yanagida Junichi were announced as additional members for the TV anime “Burning Kabaddi”, and comments from them have also arrived. Yasumoto will play the captain Rokugen Ayumu, Suzumura will play the team ace Takaya Ren, and the others will also be playing members of the Souwa High School Kabaddi Club, a strong team that is one of the top 4 in the Kanto area.

“Burning Kabaddi” is based on the sports manga by Musashino Hajime, serialized on “Manga Wan”.
Yoigoshi Tatsuya was a famous soccer player who was called the “Futou no Yoigoshi”, but stepped away from sports after entering high school. The story starts with him being dragged into the “running combat sport” kabaddi in which the players work together to catch and drag down the intruding enemy to win the game.

Yasumoto Hiroki, Suzumura Kenichi, Yashiro Taku, Uchida Shuuichi, and Yanagida Junichi will all be playing members of the Souwa High School Kabaddi Club, a strong team that is one of the top 4 in the Kanto area.
Yasumoto plays the captain Rokugen Ayumu, who is a defense player (Anti) with amazing physical strength and skills, and Suzumura plays the ace offense player (Raider), Takaya Ren, who has a long reach, fast speed, and the best duration of an attack in the team.

Yashiro plays Kizki Shintarou who collects hairbands and wears them during the game, Uchida plays Eikura Yuu who is calm and can think straight even in pinches, and Yanagida plays Muroya Daisuke with a 180cm large body who has distinct lips.
Let’s keep our eyes on the members who go against Noukin High, the team that the protagonist, Tatsuya, belongs to.

The TV anime “Burning Kabaddi” will be broadcast on TV Tokyo and other channels from April 2, 2021.
