From the TV anime “Battle Athletes Daiundokai ReSTART!”, the additional cast, 2nd PV, and on-air information have been announced. The additional cast includes Kito Akari, Hayami Saori, and Nanjo Hikaru. It will be on air from April 10, 2021 at NUMAnimation of TV Asahi franchised 24 channels.

“Battle Athletes Daiundokai ReSTART!” is the latest anime adaptation following multiple media adaptations broadcast from 1997 to 1998. “Battle Athletes” which was broadcast in the past is still popular as a masterpiece that features beautiful girls competing for the title of the best in the universe in various sports and deeply moves the fans.

The additional cast will include Kito Akari, Hayami Saori, and Nanjo Hikaru.
Kito will play Lydia Gurtland, who is competing for the title of Cosmic Beauty with her strong will and pride while she is called a ‘daughter of a demon’, and Hayami will play Yana Christopher, who was born as a refugee and competing to bring peace to her hometown, and Nanjo will play Paglia Respighi, a gifted girl who threw herself into Shin Daiundokai for medical science。

Moreover, Morohoshi Sumire as Akehoshi Kanata and Ishikawa Yui as Eva Garenstein, a Kanata’s rival, will appear on “Hayashi Osamu no Imadesho! Kouza Tokubetsu-hen Seiyu wa Sugoinda!! Ima, Seiyu Desyo! 3-Hour Special” to be broadcast from 6:45 p.m. on February 23 on TV Asahi franchised channels.
