“Higurashi: When They Cry – Gou” A review on episode 18 and preceding cut-scenes of episode 19 “Village-Destroying Chapter, Part 2”
The preceding cut-scenes of episode 19 “Village-Destroying Chapter, Part 2” of the TV anime “Higurashi: When They Cry – Gou”, broadcast on February 11, 2021 (Thursday), have been released.
“Higurashi When They Cry” is based on a horror mystery novel game by Ryukishi 07/07th Expansion. It depicts the mysterious incidents that happen in the remote village, Hinamizawa-mura, in the early summer of Showa 58 (1983).
In episode 18 “Village-Destroying Chapter, Part 1”, June of Showa 58 (1983) –The cried was overwritten by the cheer from the festival, and the wailing has changed to the joy of victory. Now is June of Showa 59 (1984).
Episode 19 “Village-Destroying Chapter, Part 2” of the TV anime “Higurashi: When They Cry – Gou” was broadcast on February 11, 2021 (Thursday), on TOKYO MX and other channels.
