“Reading Museum ‘Ikebukuro Night Owl Tales'”, a story reading by Namikawa Daisuke, Simono Hiro, Okamoto Nobuhiko, Hanae Natsuki, Saito Souma, and Matsuoka Yoshitsugu, is being distributed exclusively on the video distribution service ‘dTV’ with unlimited streaming.
“Reading Museum ‘Ikebukuro Night Owl Tales'” was held in September 2020 as the 1st project of a new type of story reading performed by the greatest voice actors including Namikawa, in cooperation of ‘Seikaisha Roudokukan’ and a live entertainment facility ‘Mixalive TOKYO’.
It was produced by Seikaisha, which has been publishing many works, and the original story was written by Origami Kyoya known for ‘Kiokuya’. Relationship between the bartender ‘Narumi’ and customer ‘Machidori’ is different on each stage as well as the cast to play them, the story itself goes through various changes accordingly.
As for the voice actors, Namikawa plays the mysterious ‘Master’ at the BAR who appears on all the 4 scenes, and Okamoto, Shimono, Hanae, Saitou, and Matsuoka play ‘Narukami’, ‘Machidori’, and other characters.
Furthermore, all the 6 episodes of “Reading Museum ‘Ikebukuro Sherlock the First and Last Problem'”, which were played as a 2nd project on January 26, January 30, and February 7, 2021, are available for rental. They are also played by the greatest voice actors including Namikawa, Maeno Tomoaki, Amasaki Kohei, Hosoya Yoshimasa, and Saitou.
