The outline and preceding cut-scenes of episode 2 “HOT LINE” of the TV anime “Dr.STONE” (Season 2) have been released.
“Dr.STONE” is based on the crafting adventure manga by the duo Inagaki Riichiro and Boichi and is currently serialized on “Weekly Shounen Jump” (Shueisha).
A few thousand years had passed since the whole of humanity was petrified in a single moment by a mysterious phenomenon… the young scientist, Senku, who possessed a superhuman mind, woke up in this stone world and decided to recreate civilization from scratch with the power of science.
In episode 2, the stone wars has finally started and the plan to set-up a “mobile phone” secretly at Tsukasa Empire is in progress.
First, they have started the plan to capture Tsukasa’s lookout, Homura. After luring her with the sound bomb, Senku used the science’s surprise item “flash bomb” on her.
However, Homura escape with her agility like a gymnast, they had failed to capture her. Then, Senku makes used of a tracking system to chase after her.
Episode 2 “HOT LINE” of “Dr.STONE” (Season 2) has started on January 21, at 10:30 PM, on TOKYO MX, and other channels.
