The latest work ‘Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z’ will be broadcast this spring! Two new characters, and a teaser visual featuring the Yamanote Line and PV have been revealed

The latest work from “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion” series, an anime depicting a huge robot that transforms into a Shinkansen, will be released. The title will be “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z”, and it will be aired from spring in 2021 on TV Tokyo Network 6 channels.

“Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion” is a character content created by East Japan Marketing & Communications, Inc., Shogakukan-Shueisha Productions Co., Ltd., and Tomy Company, Ltd.
The anime adaptation was aired from January 2018 for a year and a half, and the animation film was also released in December 2019. “Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” will be the 2nd TV series.

The teaser visual released this time features two new characters, ‘The E5 series Hayabusa’, and ‘The E235 series Yamanote Line’.
What does “Z” which is attached to the new title stand for? How the two boys and ‘The E235 series Yamanote Line’ involved in the story?

“Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z” will be aired from spring in 2021 on the 6 TV Tokyo-franchised channels.
Also, further information will be announced in ‘Oha Suta’ aired form 7:05 a.m. on February 12 on TV Tokyo Network 6 channels.
