The outline and preceding cut-scenes of episode 14 “Outstretched Hand” of the TV anime “Shin Chuuka Ichiban!” (Season 2) have been released.
“Shin Chuuka Ichiban!” is based on the Chinese gourmet manga “Chuuka Ichiban!” series that was started on “Weekly Shounen Magazine” in 1995.
The TV anime was broadcast in 1997, and in 1999, it was broadcast on almost 80% of Mainland China’s TV channels, including Hong Kong and Taiwan. The cumulative views count on each China streaming website has exceeded 600 million views.
The story takes place in the 19th century and depicts the main protagonist, Liu Mao Xing fighting against the chef of the “Underground Cooking Society”, which hopes to dominate people via food, along with his friends.
