The 4th lineup of “ABEMA” special project’s “Gintama Special Countdown Stream: Let’s fool around with Gintama on ABEMA!” has been announced. It will feature a marathon broadcast of “Kintama Arc”, “Dekobokko Arc”, “Slip Arc”, and others.
“Gintama” an anime based on the famous manga by Sorachi Hideaki. The setting takes place during the Edo period, where Japan is taken control by the aliens.
It depicts the slapstick daily-life of the unprecedented protagonist, Sakata Gintoki, Shimura Shinpachi, and Kagura as the “Yorozuya” members, along with Gintoki’s past friend Katsura Kotarou and his pet Elizabeth, the Shinsengumi members, including Kondou Isao, his subordinate Hijikata Toushirou, and Okita Sougou, Hasegawa Taizou (also known as “Madao”), and other unique characters.
To commemorate the release of the movie “Gintama THE FINAL”, ABEMA has prepared a special project, where the long episode series of “Gintama” is broadcasted on every Saturday.
The 4th lineup is “Kintama Arc”, “Courtesan of the Nation Arc”, and “Beam Sword Style Arc” on January 11, “Dekobokko Arc”, “Soul Switch Arc”, and “Rakuyou Decisive Battle Arc” on January 18, while “Slip Arc” will be broadcast on January 25.
