From “Sorcerous Stabber Orphen: The Wayward Journey: Kimluck Arc” (starting from Jan. 20, 2021), the promotion movie has arrived together with the voice of the casts, including Kitou Akari, Sugita Tomozaku, Koyasu Takehito.
The original work “Sorcerous Stabber Orphen: The Wayward Journey: Kimluck Arc” is the dark fantasy light novel by Akita Sadanobu. Since the release of the 1st edition in 1994, multiple series have been released and marked the sale of 14 million copies (including e-books). This series has been also adopted in TV series in addition to the ones produced 1998 and 1999, as the 25th anniversary. “Kimluck Arc” is the 2nd season of 25th anniversary anime.
The main visual released this time depicts centers “light blade” of Orphen, surrounded by Claiomh, Majic, Orphen’s stepsister Azalie, and new female swordsman Madchen with their weapons in hand. Moreover, the mysterious expression of Quo and Carlotta implicates the grand journey in the 2nd season.
The promotion movie will contain , Madchen (CV: Kitou Akari), Salua (CV: Shimozuma Yoshiyuki), Quo (CV: Sugita Tomokazu), Carlotta (CV: Sakamoto Maaya), and Name (Koyasu Takehito). As Azalie once said, “You started this big, Kirilanchero”, the fierce battles begin against in the land of Kimluck.
The opening theme song of this season is “LIGHT of JUSTICE” by Morikubo Shoutarou, and this song is also used in the promotion movie.
The story is based on Kimluck, where the magician exclusionist Kimluck Church consider it as “sanctuary”. Orphen destines to end the battle with Azalie, and Azalie aims to inherit Childsman’s will, they both take a step toward Kimluck, but the fierce battles with “Death Teacher! await them. What world’s secret gets revealed at Kimluck? Who is the best descendant of the magician?
“Sorcerous Stabber Orphen: The Wayward Journey: Kimluck Arc” will begin from Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, on TOKYO MX, AT-X, and other channels.
