The opening theme song of “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”, “Gurenge” has obtained first place in “Let’s Review 2020 in Spotify Most-streamed Songs by Japanese Artist in Overseas”. Also, the artist for the song, LiSA has taken first place in “Most-streamed Japanese Artists Overseas”.
“Spotify” is an audio streaming music service that is being used by more than 320 million users.
The Japanese music ranking that is streamed overseas “Let’s Review 2020 on Spotify” (Eligible Period: January 1, 2020 – November 27, 2020) was announced.
“Gurenge” has taken first place in the “Most-streamed Songs by Japanese Artist Overseas”. This is a result that shows that “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is popular worldwide.
The opening of “Tokyo Ghoul”, “unravel” and the opening of “Naruto Shippuuden”, “Silhouette” also appeared in the upper ranking, and 8 songs in the TOP 10 are anime-related songs.
