The four professional rakugo storytellers are affiliated to the “Mousoutei”, which specialty is B and L delusion. The ideas of the rakugo are… from the cafe that they visit. Their B and L delusion’s talk starts after observing the regular customers and the shop attendants. Then, it will change to the rakugo program as they go up on stage.
