The big game/anime event “Animate Girls Festival Aozora Marche” (hereinafter, this is called AGF Aozora Marche), was held at an outdoor venue in Ikebukuro on November 7 and 8, 2020, with measures to control the spread of COVID-19. The total number of visitors was 14,974.
As an effort to control the spread of COVID-19, “AGF Aozora Marche” limited the number of people entering “ Exhibit Venue in Ikebukuro Sunshine City”, had marks with numbers on the floor in the queue control area, and marks on the floor of each booth to keep social distancing.
Also, at the “ Aozora Merchandise Shop in Whitehouse Building”, they started sales at the booths and online sales on the same day, so the visitors could safely enjoy the event.
In addition, they conducted outdoor events: “Digimon Adventure:” only shop & Animate cafe kitchen car, “VR Boyfriend” illumination & VR experience, and acosta! ~AGF Aozora Marche Special~. And as an online event, they had a live broadcast celebrating the 6th anniversary of “AniKan”, including “AniBako” Ep.2 ~AGF Aozora Marche Special~.
The number of visitors at Sunshine City, Ikebukuro, was 4,818, and the total number of visitors to the whole event was 14,974.
