The Resident Evil series celebrates its 25th anniversary next year, with the first game released on PlayStation in 1996. Three years after the 2017 CG film “Resident Evil: Vendetta”, the unprecedented full 3-D CG animation “BIOHAZARD: Infinite Darkness” is going to be produced.
The horror action film revolves around two popular characters, Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
The teaser visual released shows Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, who have passed through numerous life‐or‐death crisis, and their quiet determination to confront a new threat against a blood-red wall.
In the teaser PV, you can see Claire stepping into an abandoned house in the dark and discovering “something”, and Leon rescuing “someone” in the dark. The film is of such a high quality that it could easily be mistaken for a live-action film, you are able to see each piece of dust in the air and the tense expressions on the characters’ faces.
“BIOHAZARD: Infinite Darkness” will be available worldwide exclusively on Netflix from 2021.
