It has been announced that the main cast fromof thea live-action movie Hamabe Minami, Kitamura Takumi, Fukumoto Riko, and Akaso Eiji will make cameos as voice actors in anime movie “Love Me, Love Me Not”, the roadshowa roadshow of which is scheduled for Sep.18, 2020.

“Love Me, Love Me Not” is the final part of the “Io Sakisaka Seishun trilogy”, which continues the line of “Strobe Edge” and “Ao Haru Ride”, and is based on the shoujo manga with a total sales of which had exceeded 5 million copies. Anime movie based on manga will be released soon.
It is the story about love patterns between four high school students and how they grow while facing themselves and others every day. The live-action movie has just been released on Aug. 14.
The main cast fromof the live-action movie, Hamabe Minami, Kitamura Takumi, Fukumoto Riko, and Akaso Eiji, will play students who came to the cultural festival, which is one of the culminating moments of thean anime film.
Kitamura and Akaso will play as male students, while Hamabe and Fukumoto will play as female students, and Hamabe will also voice Chiyou, a character from the movie “Someday in the corner of the world”, which will be screened during the culture festival, and Fukumoto will play her daughter, Ayuko.
Kitamura is actuallyas an original anime faun andn, commented, “I was so happy that I will be participating in the anime recordings as I like anime a lot!” Akaso talkedsaid about his struggles with acting during his first dubbing, “This was my first experience in dubbing, so I was very nervous. There was some fun in the silence of the recordingdubbing room and the yelling of “Yoi” to the actual acting.”
As fans of the original author Sakisaka Io, Hamabe said, “It’s a dream to be able to participate in the anime movie as wellthis time”, and Fukumoto showed her happiness, “The first manga I collected is ‘”Strobe Edge'”. Q: Tell us your impression of the recording
A: It has been a while since I talked through the microphone, so I was quite nervous.For the first time, I’ve been talking with a mic, so I was nervous.

Q: What’s your opinon on the anime’s footageHow do you like anime film?
A: When I saw the animation film, I thought that I was not wrong in playing my character (laughs). Instead of being relieved, somehow I seem similar (to Rio from the anime version)It was a bit relieved, or something similar (like the anime version of Rio).
Fukumoto Riko
Q: Tell us your impression of the recording
A: I was nervous. It was very difficult to match the timing of the image and voice.
Q: What’s your opinon on the anime’s footageHow do you like anime film?
A: I was impressed that the animated visual that is same in the manga. It quite amazing that the excitement from the manga is remained the same in the footage.I was impressed visual of manga was carried on. I think it’s really great how important scenes from manga made into anime.
Akaso Eiji
Q: Tell us your impression of the recording
A: I was nervous. Because of the silence of the recordingdubbing room, of the yelling of “YoiGood” to the (counted) numbered scene that we played in (counting), there was excitement in ita feeling of pounding numbers. Also, it was very difficult to be in syncmatch with the image.
Q: What’s your opinon on the anime’s footageHow do you like anime film?
A: The image and voices are so beautiful, it’s like my eyes and ears are getting healed. The main plotis a content that will leave a deep impression is also piercing, so I am really looking forward to it.
