The new anime “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima”, which had been postponed due to the spread of the new coronavirus, is scheduled to be broadcast on Oct. 2, 2020. Also, the second anime PV has been released.
“Hypnosis Mic”, which started in Sep. 2017, is the first rap music CD project in the history of voice acting, based on the original work by King Records. The singular characters who sing the music have received strong support from fans, and in addition to the original CD, the project has been developed into various media mixes, including a comic book, app game, and stage adaptation.
The second promo video starts with an impressive content featuring the announcement of the Division Rap Battle by Tohoten Otome (voiced by Kobayashi Yuu). In the footage, new images and the official OP of the anime are used.
In addition, a new song is added to each episode of the anime, and commercials for each division, where you will be able to enjoy a piece of the songs, are set to be aired for 4 consecutive weeks from Sep.
Furthermore, the official website of the anime has been updated with additional staff information, as well as a character introduction page with the story and Chuo Ward's anime illustrations.
The anime “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima” will start to be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels at 12:00 a.m. on Oct. 2, 2020.
