It has been announced that Kimura Ryohei, Genda Tessyo and others will join the cast in the Japanese edition of the original anime series “Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy 1st chapter:Siege”, which will be released worldwide exclusively on Netflix from Jul. 30, 2020.

Netflix, Hasbro, and Rooster Teeth in collaboration. Polygon Pictures known for Netflix's original anime series “Lavius” and anime movie “GODZILLA” trilogy is in charge of producing its animation.
Finally, the cast in the Japanese edition have been revealed. Genda Tessyo, who has also been popular as the same role in the anime and film, is playing the role of Optimus Prime, who leads the Autobots. Inoue Kikuko is playing the role of Elita-1, the special force Autobot, who supports and inspires Optimus Prime. Kimura Ryohei, who has been playing the same role in the anime and film from 2015, is playing the role of Bumblebee known for its yellow body and represents the series.
Furthermore, the casts include Nomura Kenji as the Jetfire, the aviation defense Decepticon warrior, Otsuka Hochu as Megatron, the absolute commander of the Decepticons, and Inoue Kazuhiko as Ultra Magnus, the city commander on the Autobot side, who is playing the important role in the story.
Besides that, a PV to introduce characters have been released. You can partly hear their voices. Expectations for their battle in the anime grow just by taking a glance at their individual face expressions.
