To commemorate the the end of the serialization of “Promised Neverland”, the first exhibition has been decided. It will be held from Dec. 11, 2020 at “Sky Gallery, Tokyo City View, Roppongi Hills Observatory”. Also in addition to the exhibition, the comments from both Shirai Kaiu and Demizu Posuka have arrived.
“Promised Neverland” (In short, Yaku Neva) is the manga written by Shirai Kaiu and drawn by Demizu Posuka. Its serialization had begun on “Weekly Shonen Jump” Volume 35 in 2016, and the copies have been published more than 21 million copies.
The story revolves around the protagonist Ema and other children at the orphanage, and depicts the children going against the crucial fate while looking for a ray of hope.
The manga was adapted in the anime on Fuji TV “Noitamina” from Jan. 2019, and the series await live-action movie adaptation on Dec. 2020 and broadcast of 2nd season for TV anime will start from Jan. 2021.
This exhibition displays multiple important scenes while submerging yourself into the world of “Yaku Neva”. The pre-serialization setting drawing will be revealed as well, and you will be able to track back the history from chapter one until the end.
The event is filled with the charms of “Yaku Neva” as it will also display the original art and the secret of the creation.
“Promised Neverland Exhibition: Completed Serialization Celebration” will be held at “Sky Gallery, Tokyo City View, Roppongi Hills Observatory” from Dec. 11, 2020 to Jan. 11, 2021.
