The project exhibition based on the anime “SHIROBAKO” called “SHIROBAKO Exhibition~Learning how to create anime from SHIROBAKO~” has been decided.
It will be held from Jun. 20, 2020 to Sept. 6 at SKIP City Sai no Kuni Visual Plaza Movie Museum at Kawaguchi, Saitama.
“SHIROBAKO” called “SHIROBAKO Exhibition~Learning how to create anime from SHIROBAKO~” will be held as a response to the fact that the vocations like animators and voice actors are gaining popularity recently from the children.
Through “SHIROBAKO”, which depicts the reality of the animation production fields, the exhibition displays important jobs and processes related to anime production and teaches the joy of creation and the importance of teamwork.
The exhibition is made up of 4 sections, and they are: “How to make 'SHIROBAKO'”, “Musani's Job”, “Don-Don Donuts, let's go nuts!”, and “The People Who Produced 'SHIROBAKO'”, and it displays more than 250 items, including the original drawing, backgrounds, settings, and newly revealed documents.
The animation production processes will be explained through the multiple scenes from “SHIROBAKO”.
The part of the exhibition, including the original drawings, will be switched after the exhibition from Jun. 20 to Aug. 2. The second half of the exhibition will be held from Aug. 4 to Sept. 6.
The first half of the exhibition will mainly display the content of the TV anime “SHIROBAKO”, and the second half will mainly display the content of “SHIROBAKO the Movie”. “SHIROBAKO the Movie” will be displayed for the first time after the movie release.

The fee for adults is 520JPY, and for elementary and middle school students are 260 JPY. The ticket permits entrance to the regular exhibition as well. Further information will be announced on the official website.
