Abe Oto, a member from the group “$4.50” produced by Akimoto Yasushi and Uekiya Satoshi are set to appear in the TV drama and live-action movie adaptation of “Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!”. Along with that are their comments.
“Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!” is a manga series created by Oowara Sumito and is currently being serialized in “Monthly! Spirits” magazine. The story revolves around 3 high school girls with a dream to create “The Strongest World” in animation coupled with their unique outlooks on life.
Within the show, Nogizaka46's Saito Asuka will star as Asakusa Midori, Yamashita Mizuki as Mizusaki Tsubame, Umezawa Minami as Kanemori Sayaka, the three members of the “Eizouken”. Abe and Uekiya are set to appear as characters from other various clubs that the Eizouken will have interactions with.
Abe commented with: “This is the first time in my life wearing a wig for filming!! I wonder if everyone will be able to spot me..?” and Uekiya chimed in with “It was a really fun set! It was noisy and dirty and times… Yup. Hahaha!”. Their comments leave us excited for what's in store.
Live-Action “Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!” will be broadcast under MBS/TBS' “Dramaism” program and will go live on Apr. 5 2020 for MBS and Apr. 7 2020 for TBS respectively. The movie will arrive on screens nationwide from May 15, 2020 onward on the weekend of the last episode of the TV Drama.
