“Weekly Shounen Sunday” has an ongoing collaboration with “Doraemon”. Doraemon will make a secret appearance in the 18 current serialized work on “Weekly Shounen Sunday” Vol. 15 that is on sale from Mar. 11, 2020. At the same time, it will also contain the short story “Doraemon: Nobita's Dinosaur”.
As a commemoration plan for Doraemon's 50th anniversary, a special plan is being held which involves Doraemon hijacking the cover page of Shogakukan's 50 magazines. However, in the case of the “Weekly Shounen Sunday”, not only will Doraemon appear on the cover page, but he will also make a secret appearance in the 18 currently serialized works as well.
As there is some super hard mode in locating him, so do challenge yourself by searching for him while reading the works.
Moreover, the short story “Doraemon: Nobita's Dinosaur” that was purposely written for 1975's “Shounen Sunday Extra Edition”, will appear again since 45 years ago. As the new movie “Doraemon: Nobita's Dinosaur” will be screened soon, do take his chance and enjoy Doraemon in “Sunday” magazine.
“Weekly Shounen Sunday” Vol. 15 is priced at 320 JPY (tax included). It will be on store in the nationwide bookstore from Mar. 11.
