Anime "Blade of the Immortal" TV Broadcast is decided! Latest Visual is released toward the broadcast on Apr. 7, 2020
The anime “Blade of the Immortal” that is currently being broadcast on Amazon Prime Video is set to have a TV Broadcast on TOKYO MX and MBS on Apr. 7, 2020. As commemoration for the broadcast, a new visual depicting all the main characters have been released.
“Blade of the Immortal” is the debut manga of Samura Hiroaki and is also his representative works as the total series exceeded 5.8 million copies reprinted. The story revolves around a young girl Rin, whose parents were killed by the group of swordsmen Ittou style, hire the immortal bodyguard Manji in her quest of vengeance.
This “complete anime adaptation” is the third visual adaptation after the TV anime in 2008 and the live-action movie released in 2017.
Together with the TV broadcast announcement, a new visual featuring all the main characters such as Manji, Rin, Anotsu Kagehisa from the Ittou style, Shira and Hyakurin from the Mugai style, Habaki Kagimura, and others. TV Anime “Blade of the Immortal” will be broadcast from Apr. 8, 2020 on TOKYO MX on 1:35 am and on MBS on 2:30 am.
