The second season for the TV Anime “The Quintessential Quintuplets”, “The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬” will be broadcast from Oct. 2020 in TBS and other channels. Together with that announcement, the teaser visual and teaser PV was released.
“The Quintessential Quintuplets” is a comedy love manga by Haruba Negi that is serialized in “Weekly Shounen Magazine” and the last chapter will be released in issue 12, 2020. The story depicts the effort of the high school student protagonist, who was living a poor life, to guide the unique quintuplets, who are on the verge of failing, to graduate safety after becoming their tutor.
As the season 2 was decided to be broadcast from Oct. 2020, the director is Kaori (“Endro”), and the series composer is Ochi Keiichirou following the previous series, and the animation production is handled by Bibury Animation Studio (“Azurlane”).
The cast will be the same as season 1, such as; Matsuoka Yoshitsugu as the protagonist Uesugi Fuutarou, and Hanazawa Kana, Taketatsu Ayana, Itou Miku, Sakura Ayane, and Minase Inori as the quintuplets that Fuutarou is teaching.
The teaser visual depicts the quintuplets cuddling close together in a friendly manner while the teaser PV shows the cute movement of the quintuplets from the show.
