It had been 15 years since “Turn A Gundam” when Tomino Yoshiyuki, the father of the “Gundam” series, worked on the TV series “Gundam Reconguista in G” in 2014. He has added new scenes and re-edited the series into the film adaption. This is the 2nd part of the pentalogy.
The first film “Gundam Recouguista in G I: Go! Core Fighter” was released only for 2 weeks in the theaters from Nov. 29, 2019.
General director Tomino has again drawn the rough design for the key visual of the 2nd film.
The Amerian Army and Capital Army face-off with the sunset in the back. You can see the new characters including Barara Peor, and also characters from the last film such as, Manny Ambassada who has joined the Capital Army and cut her hair.
The visual also has G-self and the other mobile suits of Bellri's rivals such as; Elf Bull, Elf Bullock, Wuxia, etc.
It well depicts the intense battles and Bellri's harsh destiny.
They have decided to increase the number of theaters to screen the movie in. Part 2 will have 5 more theaters to be screened in from the 24 theaters which part 1 was played at, making it a total of 29 theaters.
