The sequel to the anime series “Made in Abyss” has been decided. In addition, the PV and image board have been released.
“Made in Abyss” is originally a manga currently serialized in “WEB Comic Gamma” by Tsukushi Akihito. It is a fantasy depicting the adventures of a little girl, also one of the “cave raiders” named Riko who aims to go deep inside the world’s last unexplored giant hole commonly called “Abyss”, and a robot named Reg which resembles a human boy.
After the TV Anime series was broadcast from Jul. to Oct. 2017, the two movie adaptions were released one after another in Jan. 2019, and a completely new movie “Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul” is currently being screened.
The PV starts with a review of the TV anime series, the first and second parts of its theatrical version, and the movie “Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul”, and finally the words “series sequel production decided”appear on the screen.
What kind of development will the anime show this time? Let’s look forward to seeing more updates.
