"Ike-Hallo 2019" SAO, Kemo-Fure Collaboration Parade will be held! Pedestrian priority road for cosplayers
A new project of “Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival 2019” (October 26th and 27th) was announced. A pedestrian priority road for a limited time will be newly established at the East exit of Ikebukuro and will open as a place for cosplayers to express themselves.
During the event period, the pedestrian priority road will be established between Hareza Ikebukuro and Naka Ikebukuro Park. It is a pleasent project that allows you to enjoy cosplay without worrying about cars.
Furthermore, a collaboration parade will be held from 1:30 pm on both days. Together with the anime "Kemono Friends", "Sword Art Online" and the smartphone game "# Compass-Combat Providence Analysis System-", they will express the world of the collaboration works.
Also, the “Ike-Hallo Anisong Festival” will be held for the first time at several stores at the Ikebukuro East exit, where the ambient music will change to anime music. You can enjoy with a meal and it will express the world of anime throughout the area. Cooperating stores will be announced later.
Besides that, male cosplayers who appear in the “Hardcore Shooting Area” have been decided. Lawyer Kobayashi Kota, Hayachin, Billy and Momoki will perform cosplay. Tickets for the “Ike-Hallo DJ Party”, “Ike-Hallo Tea Party” and “Ike-Hallo Sweet Princess Plan” to be held for the first time this year are on sale from Sep 28.
