Development for VR anime from the manga 『Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san』was decided. Crowdfunding on 「Makuake」was set to begin on September 4th, commentary from the author Yamamoto Sou'ichirou was also published.The first of Shogakukan's mangas to get a VR animation adaptation.

『Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san VR』is a next gen VR animation project where you can experience being teased by Takagi-san from the perspective of the main protagonist, Nishikata.
Not just the popular episodes from the source material, the project also features original story scenes. You could experience Takagi-san's teasing at a very close distance with the VR animation.

Furthermore, the VR equipment that will be used is the 「Oculus Quest」. In the virtual world with Takagi-san, you could experience things like walking back home from school together , playing beach ball at the beach, all this are made possible with VR animation.
