A video commemorating the birthday of Kocho Shinobu, the Insect Hashira from the comic “Demon Slayer,” was released on YouTube’s “Jump Channel” on February 24, 2023, at midnight.
“Demon Slayer” is a comic by Gotouge Koyoharu published by Shueisha’s “Jump Comics,” which has sold more than 150 million copies in the 23 volumes. The story follows Kamado Tanjiro, a boy whose family was killed by a demon, who enlists in the “Demon Slayer Corps” to return his sister Nezuko, who has turned into a demon, to a human.
The latest anime series, “TV anime ‘Demon Slayer’ Swordsmith Village Arc,” is scheduled to air in April 2023. Ahead of this, a “World Tour Screening of ‘Demon Slayer’ To The Swordsmith Village” has been on view since February 3.
The video that has been released on the YouTube “Jump Channel,” was created to commemorate the birthday of Kocho Shinobu, an Insect Hashira of “Demon Slayer” whose birthday is February 24. The video focuses on her butterfly-like elegant appearance.
In addition, “Jump Channel” contains videos focusing on each character in “Demon Slayer”: Kamado Tanjiro, Agatsuma Zenitsu, Uzui Tengen, Kamado Nezuko, and Tomioka Giyu. For more information, visit the YouTube channel.
