From the TV anime “Tokyo Revengers” comes new merchandise featuring chibi illustrations under a sports theme. The characters are depicted playing baseball, karate, basketball, etc.
“Tokyo Revengers” is based on the manga “Tokyo Revengers” serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” by Wakui Ken. The manga ran from 2017 and finished in November 2022.
The TV anime started in April 2021, and a live-action film was released on July 9, 2021. The anime has depicted the “Battle of 8/3 Arc” and “Bloody Halloween Arc”, and the following “Christmas Showdown Arc” is currently being broadcast on 37 channels since midnight of January 7, 2023.
The sport for each character is; Hanagaki Takemichi: baseball, Sano Manjiro: karate, Ryuguji Ken: basketball, Matsuno Chifuyu: snowboard, Mitsuya Takashi: volleyball, Baji Keisuke: kendo, Inui Seishu: tennis, Kokonoi Hajime: kyudo. Goods featuring the eight characters with their uniforms and gang jackets off, wearing clothes fit for each sport, are now available for preorders.
The “Multi-use Case” fit for storing small items for sports and the staple merch “Acrylic Stand” come in eight designs. The “Face Towel” features all the characters gathered together.
The trading items “Trading Tin Badge” and “Acrylic Strap” have eight designs each. And the “Clear Shoulder Bag” features the letters “TOKYO REVENGERS” and the logo in a simple design.
Pre-orders for the items are accepted at the EC website “Charalog” until 23:59, March 1, 2023 JST. The products will be shipped from mid-April.
