The 3D action RPG “Made in Abyss” for PlayStation4/Nintendo Switch/Steam,”Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness,” is scheduled for release on September 1, 2022. The latest trailer has been released to introduce the game system of the title, including the growth elements of the explorers and how they fight.
“Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness” is an action RPG in which players themselves descend into the world of the Abyss and aim for the deeper levels of the Abyss, a giant vertical hole, as they continue to grow.
The game is supervised by Tsukushi Akihito, the author of the original story, and fully recreates the world of the Abyss in 3D, including battles with protozoans, collecting relics, and the curse of the Abyss. You can fully enjoy the dark fantasy with the flavor of the original work.
This title offers two game modes: “HELLO ABYSS,” in which you can learn the basic system and how to proceed while reliving the story of the anime, and “DEEP IN ABYSS,” in which you can enjoy an original story in which you challenge the depths of the Abyss as a rookie caveman. The game also features a number of characters from the original story. Many characters from the original story also appear in the game, and event scenes are fully voiced by the anime cast.
The trailer begins with a dialogue between Riko (CV. Tomita Miyu) and Reg (CV. Ise Mariya). After showing a number of characters, the trailer introduces the game system, including the growth elements and battle methods of the cavemen. Expectations for the release of the game are growing even higher.
The game, “Made in Abyss: Binary Star Falling into Darkness” will be available for a suggested retail price of 7,200 JPY including tax for both packaged and downloadable versions, with the PlayStation4 and Nintendo Switch versions scheduled for release on September 1, and the Steam version on September 3.
