The figures of the characters, Kaburagi T. Kotetsu and Barnaby Brooks Jr. from the anime “Tiger & Bunny 2” have been announced. The items be available at Amazon and other stores from May 28, 2022.

“Tiger & Bunny” is a hero action anime that takes place in the fictional city, Sternbild City and it features the superpowered individuals known as “NEXT”, who are protecting the peace of the town as super heroes.
The design of the character and heroes are by the manga artist, Katsura Masakazu and it became a trend as each of the heroes is carrying the logo of “actual companies” that sponsor them due to the character setting.

All the 25 episodes of the first TV series were broadcast from April 2011 to September 2011, and the 1st movie “Tiger & Bunny: The Beginning” was released in September 2012 while the 2nd movie “Tiger & Bunny: The Rising” was released in February 2014. “Tiger & Bunny 2” started broadcast on April 8, 2022 at Netflix, and it depicts a completely original story after the events in the 2nd movie.

This time, the figure of Kaburagi T. Kotetsu and Barnaby Brooks Jr. will be released under the collection brand “Figuarts mini” from TAMASHII NATIONS’s “Figuarts”.
“Figuarts mini” is a simple adjustable chibi figure series that fits on your palm.

Kaburagi T. Kotetsu is the veteran hero known as “Wild Tiger” that had debuted for more than 10 years. After some twists and turns, he makes it back to the front-liners of heroes. Barnaby Brooks Jr. is a hero that debuted with his actual name. In the anime, it was revealed that he would be the partner of Kotetsu.

Each of the figures comes with an exchangeable arm part, and the character’s unique posture can also be recreated. Do arrange both the figures together as you are able to recreate scenes from the anime, such as the elbow bumping.

The figures are priced at 2,970 JPY (tax included) each. It will be available at Amazon, Ami Ami, Animate, Sofmap, Bic Camera, and Yodobashi Camera.
