The mousepads featuring “Sumikko Gurashi” have been announced and the pre-orders have started on the anime, manga specialist EC website “Animo”.
“Sumikko Gurashi” featuring the San-X characters with the theme of “I can relax for some reason if I am in the corner (sumikko)”. It features the slight negative yet unique character and the world setting has charmed both children and adults.
The first animated film “Sumikko Gurashi The Movie – The Pop-up Book and the Secret Child” was released in 2019 while the second animated film “Sumikko Gurashi The Movie: A Magical Child of the Blue Moonlit Night” was released in 2021. Furthermore, the Blu-ray and DVD of “Sumikko Gurashi The Movie: A Magical Child of the Blue Moonlit Night” is scheduled to be released on May 26. As “Sumikko Gurashi” will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2022, various projects are being prepared.
A total of 4 designs are available for the mousepads, such as “Dressed-up as dog while playing with the puppy (Gathering)”, “The field of the mysterious rabbit”, and “Dressed-up as dog while playing with the puppy”. Do check out the cute illustrations of the characters, such as Shirokuma, Tokage, and others in the dog costume or wearing the rabbit ear.
“Sumikko Gurashi” mousepad is priced at 1,320 JPY (Tax included) and the pre-orders are currently available on Animo until March 18.
