“Code Geass: Genesic Re;Code” Pre-registered users have exceeded 1 million users! The advance download before the official release has started!
The first smartphone game of “Code Geass” series, called “Code Geass: Genesic Re;Code” has exceeded 1 million users for pre-registration. Before the official release on noon October 4, the advance application download has started on October 3. To commemorate that, various projects are being held.
“Code Geass: Genesic Re;Code” is an RPG that depicts a new revenge story of the new protagonist and other characters, along with the gathering of all the historical characters. The general supervising directors are Taniguchi Gorou and Ohkouchi Ichirou, Sunrise will be handling the planning and producing, CLAMP will be handling the original character design, and the staff from the original anime will participate in this as well.
It will feature contents that connect the past Code Geass to the future Code Geass.
It was decided that 4000 Daito (an in-game item) will be distributed at the start of the game as the pre-registration has exceeded 1 million users.
Also, to commemorate the 800,000 pre-registered users, the complete set of “Code Geass: Renya of Darkness” and the set of Blu-Ray of the anime “Code Geass” series will be given to 5 lucky winners via lottery.
Also, various contents, such as the PV, opening animation scene, and gameplay footage, and “Geass Genesis Radio”, are currently available on the official YouTube Channel.
The “Genesis 4-panels Manga” by Wakabayashi Toshiya is currently being serialized on the official website and official Twitter. Do look forward to seeing the fusion of the “Code Geass” with the unique world setting of the manga artist, known for “Kanako’s Life as an Assassin” and “Tsuredure Children”.
