Nostalgic anime such as “The Galaxy Express 999” and “Ashita no Nadja” are now available for free! Toei YouTube Channel 5th Anniversary Renewal

Toei Animation’s YouTube channel “Toei Animation Museum Channel” has been renewed in celebration of its 5th anniversary. As the first stage of the renewal project, the free distribution of nostalgic anime “Galaxy Express 999”, “Ashita no Nadja”, and “GeGeGe no Kitaro (5th season)” has started.

“Toei Animation Museum Channel” is an official Youtube channel established in 2016 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Toei Animation.
It has released the first episodes of about 150 animations for free, and the total number of views is 200 million with the number of registered users at over 660,000.

As the first stage of the renewal project, it has been decided that “The Galaxy Express 999” (every Monday), “Ashita no Nadja” (every Wednesday), and “GeGeGe no Kitaro (5th season)” (every Friday) will be released free of charge, one episode each week up to 25 episodes. (*The release period is limited to two weeks for each episode.
In addition to these three works, a variety of new and old anime, as well as related content such as special releases of special episodes and popular stories, will be distributed in the future.
