Kaji Yuuki, Shimono Hiro, and Toyonaga Toshiyuki will be featured! The digest movie of Takahashi Rumiko’s latest work “MAO” has been revealed
To commemorate the latest work of the manga artist Takahashi Rumiko “MAO” on reaching 100 chapters on “Weekly Shounen Sunday”, the release of volume 9 of the manga, and the over 1 million copies in circulation, the digest movie of “MAO” has been released. The characters are voiced by Kaji Yuuki, Shimono Hiro, and Toyonaga Toshiyuki.
In the digest movie, Kaji Yuuki is the voice of the main protagonist Mao, Shimono Hiro is the voice of Mao’s brother Hyakka, and Toyonaga Toshiyuki is the voice of another brother Kamon.
The movie will tell the story up until the latest development, and it is created in a way, where the world setting and story of this work can be understood by those who haven’t read “MAO” yet.
“MAO 100 Chapters and 1 Million Copies Commemoration Program” featuring Kaji, Shimono, and Toyonaga will be broadcast on the YouTube channel “Weekly Shounen Sunday TV”, at 8:30 PM, on July 16, 2021. The live dubbing corner is a must-see, so don’t miss it out.
