Hanazawa Kana is a voice actress and a singer, who is well-known for playing Nakano Ichika in “The Quintessential Quintuplets”, Kanroji Mitsuru in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”, and singing “Renai Circulation”, announced that she will now belong to Pony Canyon after leaving her former agency, ANIPLEX and SACRA MUSIC. Hanazawa Kana is a popular voice actress, who is known for playing Nakano Ichika in “The Quintessential Quintuplets”, Kanroji Mitsuru in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba”, Sengoku Nadeko in “ Series”, Nanakusa Mayumi in “The Irregular at Magic High School”, Tsunemori Akari in “PSYCHO-PASS”, and Shiina Mayuri in “Steins; Gate”, and also the singer.
This time, Hanazawa announced that she will change her office from ANIPLEX and SACRA MUSIC to Pony Canyon, to which she belonged for 9 years.

She also announced that she will release her first single, “Moonlight Magic” in her new office.
Together with Kitagawa Shouri (ROUND TABLE), the sound producer who worked with Hanazawa to set up the world unique to her from the beginning, Hanazawa herself wrote the lyrics for “Moonlight Magic” and the new song, “Minato no Mieru Oka” (Hill that can spot the harbor). The chinese version of the 2 songs will be also recorded on the CD.

This is the first work being released after her 5th album “Koko Base” released in February 2019, and 3 years have passed since she released her 13th single on July 18 titled “Daijoubu”. The new single will be used as the opening theme song for the upcoming TV drama “Omimi ni Aimashitara.”, which is starting from July 8 at TV Tokyo’s Thursday Drama 24.

“Moonlight Magic” will be released on September 29.

I will switch to Pony Canyon, after had a wonderful time at ANIPLEX and SACRA MUSIC for 9 years.

It is all happened because I want to deliver you my music as long as possible. I look forward to work with the staff I often met at the recording sessions since I trust them strongly.

While struggling in the society, where I cannot see my fans due to the Covid-19 pandemic that canceled the concerts, I worked so hard with Kitagawa Shouri-san to compose music. I want my fans to listen to my new music, since the songs completed are so wonderful.

The 1st single, “Moonlight Magic” will be composed by Kitagawa Shouri-san, and written by me.

It has a shining atmosphere similar to “Hoshizora Destination”, and I devoted my full ability to new song, that I worked on for 9 years. The song will tell that to enjoy your precious, happy time , especially because the current difficult situations.

I will first hope to deliver it to you, and see you at the concerts, and other happy events.
