A super-sized version of the “Attack on Titan” comic book, “Attack on Titan for Titans,” has been certified by the Guinness World Records. The name of the record is “Largest Comic Book Ever Published,” and it is set to break the record for the world’s largest manga.

Guinness World Records Official Certifier: Teranishi Rara
Congratulations on setting a new Guinness World Record for the “Largest Comic Book Published”!
This record is a renewal of the previous record set in the United States in 2007 and in Brazil in 2018.
I’m personally very happy that this record was set in Japan, which is leading the world’s manga culture.
In addition to the hard work involved in the production process itself, the road to certification is not an easy one, as it requires the submission of detailed evidence such as accurate measurement data by surveyors and proof of sales.
I believe that the Guinness World Record was achieved thanks to the passion of everyone involved. Congratulations!

When I received the proposal from the advertising department, I replied, “Well, I’m sure that the fans of “Attack on Titan” will be able to help us succeed.”
But when I heard the actual price and number of copies, I was nervous inside.
As you all know, the book was sold out in less than two minutes, and the Guinness Book of Records was achieved.
I’d like to thank Book Printing for making such a wonderful book that is worth the price, and all the fans who are always willing to work with me to make this happen. Thank you!
