Volume 33 of “Attack on Titan”, which is just before the final volume, will be on sale on January 8. The February issue of “Bessatsu Shonen Magazine” to be released on January 9 will feature “Attack on Titan” on the cover and 2 serial episodes of volume 33, as well as an original tin badge as a magazine appendix.
Here are comments from the writer, Isayama Hajime.
I kept saying for 8 years that it will be over in 3 years, but I think I can finally finish it.
It’s been a long time, but I hope you’ll read it until the end.
It was never extended because the editorial department forced me, but they would rather rush me saying “when will it end?” and it ended up here. My apologies, it will be finally over.
I will do my best for the final episode so that you will be glad that you have read it from the start.
