“TV Guide VOICE STARS vol.16” with voice actor Furfukawa Makoto on the cover will be on sale from December 7. The feature article “Furukawa Makoto ga Tsutsunde Ageru” (Furukawa Makoto will embrace you) is almost 30 pages long, including a long interview of over 10,000 letters and a sneak peek into the photo session for the album jacket.

Furukawa Makoto, the voice actor who will be releasing his 1st album, “from fairytale”, on December 23, has made the cover. 2020 was a year of anxiety with the COVID-19 pandemic shaking the entertainment business from the foundation. The magazine conducted a long interview of over 10,000 letters in the feature article, “Furukawa Makoto ga Tsutsunde Ageru”, to unravel the big heart of the voice actor who gave us the courage to stay strong through his absolute “voice. This feature article is almost 30 pages long with other content such as an exclusive sneak peek into the photo session for the album jacket of “from fairytale”.

The 2nd feature article is titled “Seiyuu Uta no Saiten” (Voice Actors’ Song Festival), taking a closeup on 3 male voice actors: Okamoto Nobuhiko, Nakamura Sougo, and Kajiwara Gakuto. The various photos of each of them in great places for dates are a must-see.

The 3rd feature article is about the new program “Bokuratekiniwa Risou no Rakugo” (To us, this is the Ideal Rakugo), starring Nakajima Yoshiki, Itou Kento, Tsuchida Reiou, and Sakakihara Yuuki, which will be broadcast from January on Tokyo MX and other channels. It is a unique program in which the voice actors depict BL (Boys’ Love), which is recently gaining popularity, through Rakugo. The feature includes photos of the four flirting with each other in Japanese-style clothes.

Miyano Mamoru will appear as a guest in the serial article, “Ikebo ni Aitakute” (Looking for Sexy Voices), in which Miyata Toshiya from Kis-My-Ft2 has an interview with voice actors he adores. And in the popular serial article, “Sake to Namida to Ryouhei to” (Alcohol, Tears, and Ryouhei), by Kimura Ryouhei, he will be visiting a shop in Ueno, Tokyo, well known for their rotisserie chicken, to celebrate Christmas.

And last but not least, “SUPER VOICE STARS” is a new serial article by the world-famous photographer, Leslie Kee. In this volume, Chiba Shouya, who appears in many featured titles and also is musically active as SparQlew, will show off his physical beauty.

Pre-orders for “TV Guide VOICE STARS vol. 16” are currently accepted at bookstores throughout Japan and on online bookstores, and will be available from December 7.
