Voice actor Nishiyama Koutarou will appear in the 15th edition of “TV Guide VOICE STARS” (on sale from Sep. 11, 2020), which features male voice actors. It was decided that he will be featured on the cover and the special opening page of the magazine. The actor also briefly commented that “I think you'll be able to see a bunch of new shots of a Nishiyama Koutarou you haven't seen before.”
Nishiyama Koutarou will make his debut with the mini-album “CITY” on Oct. 7. Besides his first solo cover to commemorate this event, along with new portraits and a long interview, the magazine will include a 30-page special article featuring an exclusive look at the live game channel “Atsumare! Nishiyama Koutarou's House!” (started in July) and others.
In addition, a special feature on “Male Voice Actors x Fashion” will show Eguchi Takuya, who has developed a collaboration project titled “EGUMI” with an apparel brand, and Nakashima Yoshiki, who launched his own brand “TRUE Self” in July.
Furthermore, the magazine will feature a new gravure of “SparQlew” (Uemura Yuuto, Chiba Shouya, Hozumi Yuuya, Horie Shun, Yoshinaga Takuto), who will release their 2nd single “Helvetica” on Sep. 16, as well as the serialized pub crawl “Sake to Namida to Ryouhei to” by Kimura Ryouhei.
“TV Guide VOICE STARS vol.15” will be on sale at physical and online bookstores nationwide from Sep. 11. It is priced at 1,200 yen (excluding tax).
Comment by Nishiyama Koutarou
To celebrate the release of my debut mini-album called “CITY”, I've been featured by a longtime friend of mine, TV Guide VOICE STARS! The shooting made me very cool, and I think you're going to see a lot of new shots of a Nishiyama Koutarou that you haven't seen before. Also, I've talked all the way through the interview until I couldn't anymore (laughs). I feel a certain sense of accomplishment for being on the cover, and I'll continue to do my best to become even bigger as a voice actor and as an artist. I hope that you'll be supporting me as always. Thank you, everyone!
