“Fragtime” is originally a teen's romantic manga by Sato. The protagonist, Moritani Misuzu, is a high school girl who is not good at socializing, and has the ability to stop time for 3 minutes. One day, she stops time to look up the skirt of Murakami Haruka, the prettiest girl in her class, but for some reason, her ability to stop time didn't work on her and her secret was revealed. This is a product of the OVA that was released in theaters in Nov. 2019.
Satou Takuya, known for works such as “Kase-san and Morning Glories” and “STEINS; GATE”, was the director/scriptwriter, Sudou Tomoko, who supervised animation for “Kase-san and Morning Glories”, was the character designer, and Tear Studio, known for their work on “The Royal Tutor: The Movie” and “Why the Hell are You Here, Teacher!?”, took care of the animation.
“'Fragtime' Blu-ray Timeless Edition 【Limited First Edition】” is priced at 7,800 JPY (tax excluded), and “'Fragtime' DVD” is priced at 3,800 JPY (tax excluded). They were released on May 13, 2020.
