A figure of the New Eva Unit-02 Alpha made by NXEDGESTYLE was announced during the second special newsflash for “Evangelion: 3.0+1.0”. Pre-orders are currently being accepted through general retails and others.
The product perfectly expresses New Unit-02 Alpha's impressive design and the large volume of armaments it possesses from the movie. The overwhelming size of the backpack and the impressive three-barreled Gatling gun are faithfully reproduced in the new model. Furthermore, the New Unit-02 Alpha figure can hold the three-barreled with both hands, just like in the movie.
In addition, the chin can be opened and closed to convey a wide variety of expressions, and the backpack is also removable.
The price of “NXEDGESTYLE [EVA UNIT] Evangelion New Unit-02 Alpha” is set to be 5,500JPY (tax included). Pre-orders are currently being accepted, and it will be released in Sept. 2020.
