Freedom Gundam, the peerless Mobile Suit from “Mobile Suit Gundam SEED” and “Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY”, has been commercialized with new elements in every aspect of its construction and appearance from the finished toy brand “METAL BUILD”.
“METAL BUILD Freedom Gundam CONCEPT 2” has new gimmicks to reproduce the entire silhouette of Freedom Gundam and each of its weapons.
The new mechanism gives it a 'wing-like silhouette', and the Balaena Plasma Beam Cannon has been redesigned to recreate the “HiMAT Full Burst” as seen in the show.
In addition, the wings on its back are expressed in a lively and voluminous silhouette by the movable joints in the front and back, and for the first time, the armament unfolding structure, different from the conventional mechanism, lets you recreate “the wings that spread from the center just like in the anime” and “the gun barrel that doesn't fold”.
Also, the mobile mechanism based on the feedback from “METAL BUILD Strike Freedom Gundam”, allows you to recreate powerful poses.
“METAL BUILD Freedom Gundam CONCEPT 2” will be priced at 26,400 yen (including 10% tax) and released in Aug. 2020. Check out the “Tamashii Web” product page for more information.
