"GUNDAM Cafe Akihaba"'s scale will increase 4 times! Newly reborn in Jul, 2020
The renewal of the Gundam Official Cafe “GUNDAM Cafe Akihabara” has been decided. It was revealed that the size of the store will be 4 times bigger in scale and reopen in Jul. 2020.
“GUNDAM Cafe” is an entertainment cafe that was created as a constantly evolving and changing info transmission base for Gundam. Since its opening in Akihabara, Tokyo in 2010, it has been expanding for 10 years: Odaiba, Tokyo in 2012, Dotonbori, Osaka in Mar, 2019, and Hakata, Fukuoka in November of the same year.
The GUNDAM Cafe Akihabara, which will be reborn as a new store, has approximately 4 times its original size. Designs are being planned to make the world of “Gundam” more enjoyable than ever before. With the opening of the new store, “GUNDAM Cafe Akihabara” will be temporarily closed from Mar. 23.
